Welcome to Car Keys Driving School

My name is Brian Sharkey. I am based in Forth, Lanark and cover Lanarkshire and the West Lothian areas. I have 30 years driving experience and became a fully qualified Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) in February 2009. Initially I drove with Passmasters before starting Car Keys Driving School in July 2010.

As a member of Lanark District Driving Instructors Association (LDDIA) and with regular updates from the Driving Standards Agency (DSA), I am always kept up-to-date with the latest information concerning the Theory and Practical Driving Test.

I offer patient and friendly tuition, catering for pupils of all ages and abilities, including complete beginners to Pass Plus and refresher courses for the fully qualified driver. All lessons are individually planned and tailored to enable learning at your own pace. Lessons are available either on a weekly basis or block booking to suit individual needs and arrangements can be made to collect you from your home, school or college, place of work, or any other agreed location.  

The car I currently use is the new Citroen DS3 1.6HDI, fitted with Dual Controls, Digital Air Conditioning, Rear Parking Sensors, and both driver seat and steering column adjustment, which caters for pupils of all heights.
